He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ellen Smith Conley; his grandchild Jacelyn; and his sisters, Wahhallah Mink, Vivian Pennington and Loretta Faye Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Pearl Mahaffey Conley; his sons, Charles Randal Conley of Garrett, Kentucky and Joseph Paul Conley (Maryann) of Garrett, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Jamie Kyle (Dana), Holli Anne, Joshua Blake, Samantha, Brandy, Autumn Rose (Cody), Steven and Kimberly; his great grandchildren, Topang, Kayden, Hunter, Jaylea, Gatllon, Kylie, Kaden and James; and his siblings, John David Conley (Betty) of Garrett, Jack Conley (Wendy) of Garrett, Jim Conley of Auburn, Buddy Combs and Rosemary Hackworth (Glen) of Garrett, Kentucky..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 6:00 PM and on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at the Loy Conley Cemetery.
