He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Berry and Cloetta Lambert Ousley; his son Adam Price Ousley; and his brother Donald Brent Ousley. He is survived by: his daughter Carey Grace Ousley; his siblings, Philip Ousley (Debbie) of Prestonsburg, KY, Ronnie Ousley, Kimberly Showalter (James) of Lexington, KY, Alicia Lay (Peter) and Jennifer Lynn Osborne; and also Cynthia Lee Ousley of Pittsburgh, PA.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
