He is survived by: his wife Loretta Bailey Shepherd; his daughters, Glynetta Vogt (Tony) of Johnson City, TN and Valerie Crum (Josh); his siblings, Chandler Shepherd (Ilet), Jay Shepherd, Delmer Shepherd (Lois), Charity Shepherd, Melvia Shepherd and Bobbie Boyd (Bob); and his grandchildren, Callie Hall, Caden Hall and Carl Vogt. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
