He is survived by: his children, Carl Eugene Shepherd (Patty) of Hueysville, KY, Chad Preston Shepherd (Erica) and Angela Salisbury (Scottie) of Hueysville, KY; his brother Denver Shepherd of Hueysville, KY; his grandchildren, Rebecca Fields, Amber Shepherd, Austin Salisbury, Ashley Salisbury, Isaiah Shepherd, Preston Shepherd and Aubrey Shepherd; and his great grandchildren, Peyton Fields, Makinley Fields and Mason Fields.
