He was predeceased by: his father High Shepherd. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Sparkman of Hueysville, KY; his sister Tracy Estep (James) of Broadway, NC; and his nieces and nephews, Christie Collins, Steven Gibson, Cody Estep, Amber Fife and Shannon Estep.
