He was predeceased by: his sister Tina Manns. He is survived by: his mother Earnestine Ratliff Manns; his sons, Brian "Bo" Manns Jr. of Martin and Tyler Manns of Coal Run, Kentucky; his siblings, Omer Lovely (Sharlette) of Minnie, Chad Hunter of Hazard, Kentucky and Rebecca Hunter (Jimmy) of Wayland, Kentucky; his niece Chasity Hunter of Wayland, Kentucky; his cousin BJ Manns of McDowell; and his significant other Kim Manns.
All visitation and funeral services will be private and for Immediate Family only in Compliance with the Governor's request for COVID-19 restrictions.
