He is survived by: his children, Peggy Martin (Glenn) of Dry Creek, KY, Beverly, Patricia Buchanan (Dustin) of Sylva, NC, Roby Chaffins of Wayland, KY, Todd Chaffins (Kelly) of Louisville, KY, Kathy Prater (Mike) of David, KY, Cindy Porter (Steve) of Langley, KY and Breonna Vanderpool of Saltlick, KY; his caregiver Janetta Chaffins; and his siblings, Gary of Garrett, KY, Danny Chaffins of Garrett, KY, Ossie Coburn of Wolcottville, IN, Joyce Conley of Wolcottville, IN, Belia Clemons of Lebanon, OH, Phyllis Meadows of Findley, OH and Helen Tuttle of Garrett, KY.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren.
