He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bobby Canaday, Wayne Canaday and Sylvia Peak. He is survived by: his parents, Clyde Canaday and Gladys Silvey Canaday; his wife Marlene Ruby-Canaday; his children, Brad Canaday (Sherry), Billy Canaday (Andrea), Paulette Puryear (Kirk) of Louisville and Tina Newcomb (Darrell) of Lebanon Junction; and his stepchildren, David LaBaun (Meshell) of Louisville and Shelli Frank (Chris) of Hodgenville. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and one on the way; and two great-grandchildren.
