He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Lark and Charles L. Lark; his daughter Angela E. Dahl; and his grandson Trentin Lea. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Dahl Lark; his children, Steven Michael Lark II, Elizabeth Marie Davidson, Kayla Woolsey, Brittany Lynn Underwood, Heather Leann Underwood and Rachel Michelle Underwood; and his brothers, Charles Lark, Jr. and Robert Lark.
