He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Brian Stevenson (Dana) of Locust Hill, KY, Robin Elmore (Charlie) of Leitchfield, KY and Mark Stevenson (Stephanie) of Millwood, KY.; his grandchildren, Grant Stevenson (Emily), Bailee Stevenson, Paige Embry (Dylan), Sloane, Evan Embry, Izzy, Gabby Stevenson, Shelby Collins (Grant), Seth and Sophia Elmore; his great grandchildren, Jack, Eliot Stevenson and Jaxtyn Decker; and his sisters, Brenda Smiley (Leroy) of Hudson, KY and Sherry Childress (Charles) of Caneyville, KY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
