He was predeceased by: his mother Alma Doris Mattingly; and his partner Bonetta Hodge. He is survived by: his son Leonard Junior Mattingly (Jamie); his stepson Eugene Edlin of Elizabethtown; his grandsons, Austin and Dalton Lee; his stepgrandsons, Paul and Travis Edlin; his sisters, Linda Miller (Kenny) of Munfordville, KY, Cathy Maulden of Magnolia, KY, Janice Tuttle of Leitchfield, Barbara Crewz (Robert) of Leitchfield and Bobbie Hood (Robbie) of Leitchfield; and his father Leonard Mattingly of Leitchfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
