She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Ruth Moore; her children, Robin Williams, Terry Howard and Lisa Forsyth; her granddaughter Candice Marie; and her brother Ralph "Bud" Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Jasper Ray Pullen of Hudson, KY; her daughter Dawn Cook of Hudson, KY.; her grandchildren, Jacob Forsyth, Marvin Howard, Brittany, Brandon Pullen, Stephanie, Michelle Riolo and Tiffany Haws; and her sister Ruth Ann Smith of Kenton, IL. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
