She is survived by: her sons, Robert "Bob" Lewis (Ruby) of Gulf Breeze, FL, Larry Lee Lewis (Sandy Stone) of Carrollton, GA, David Jay Lewis (Vicky) of Fountain Run and John Daniel Lewis (Leslie) of Cave City; and her sister Hazel Gibson. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
