He is survived by: his wife Sherry Meadows of Horse Cave; his son Wesley Meadows (Kassie) of Horse Cave; his grandchildren, Peyton and Mason; his brothers, Brian (Eddie) of Horse Cave and George Meadows of Munfordville; and his stepmother Madonna Pippin Meadows of Munfordville. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
