He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ellis Locke and Virginia Locke Edwards. He is survived by: his children, Loretta Matthews (Billy), Mark Locke (Anna), Mindy Helson (Stephen), Stephanie Locke, Jamie Locke (Logan) and Aaron Locke; and his sister Lisa Epley. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
