She was predeceased by: her parents, Winford Williams and Katie Frances Waggoner Williams; her husband James Perkins; her son William Perkins; and her brothers, James, Charles "Grady", Danny and Buford Williams.

She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Angela, LaTasha, Misty, Whitney, Charles, Quincy and Jerome; her grandson Gabriel; and her daughter-in-law Martina.
