She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Johnson; her son Jerry Johnson; her parents, Homer Puckett (Sally) and Nelda Prather (Orville); and her brother Jimmy Prather.
She is survived by: her sons, Mickey Johnson (Janice) and Joseph Johnson (Sandy); her grandsons, Joey Jr. and Christian Rodrieges; her stepgrandson Brandon Rodrieges; her granddaughters, Casey Craine, Kaylee Johnson, Melissa Rock, April Finn, Crystal Sallee and Amanda Sallee; and her siblings, Dennise Puckett Hammer, Leslie Puckett, Lana Carroll, Don Prather, David Prather and Roy Prather. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
