Sandra Crumpton Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Crumpton of Horse Cave, Kentucky, who passed away on January 31, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Eagle Smith and Bessie Louise Likens Smith. She is survived by: her husband David Jeffery Crumpton; her children, Jessica Russell and Leslie Russell; her grandchildren, Jessalynn Russell and Jaylen Russell; her brother Anthony Smith; and her half-sister Onikia Hale.
In keeping with the Governor's recommendations for safety during funeral and memorial services, the number of attendees in the funeral home at any given time will be limited; no food permitted in the lounge; social distancing will be necessary; and face coverings are required.
In lieu of flowers family has asked for donations to the funeral home to help with expenses.
