She is survived by: her daughter Connie Self (Marvin); her grandchildren, Shannon Sharpensteen and April Poynter; her stepgranddaughter Jessica Self (Jerry Tweety); her great grandchildren, Nolyn Daniels, Dawson Daniels and Abigail Atkins; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jody Self, Skylar Tweety, Chance Self and Brilee Dye; her siblings, Roger Brooks (Carolyn), Alvie Brooks (Shirley), Linda Sweet (Kenneth) and Brenda Blair (David); and her caregivers, Lora Harper and Liz Campo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; her special friends.
