He was predeceased by: his mother Juanita Lile (Walton). He is survived by: his father Ralph Lile; his son Dennis Lyle (Tylor) of Bowling Green; his caregiver Jennifer Lyle of Horse Cave; and his siblings, Sonya Hogue (Jeffrey) of Cave City and Jeff Lile of Hardyville.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hosparus Health of Barren River.
