He was predeceased by: his father William J. Webb. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Gray Jewell; and his siblings, William Webb, Tim Webb, Tony Webb, Micheal Webb, Beverly Palmowski, Sandra Cardwell, Denise Petty and Cathy Webb.
