He is survived by: his daughter Ricquita Perkins of Cave City, KY; his girlfriend Doris Woodard of Horse Cave, KY; his stepchildren, Ashley Woodard of Horse Cave, KY and Josh Woodard of Horse Cave, KY; his stepgranddaughters, Aynesti, Anyia Woodard and Lexi Houchen; his stepgreat-grandchild A'Rmania Woodard; and his siblings, Phillip Perkins (Janis) of Indianapolis, IN and Deborah Perkins Bradley (Glenn) of Munfordville, KY. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
