He is survived by: his father Bobby Lee Neal; his daughters, Buffy Neal Tweedy (Everett) of Hardyville and Cheyanne Neal of Cave City; his grandchildren, Chloe Neal Tweedy, Carly Tweedy, Callie Tweedy and Cheslee Tweedy; his close friend Cindy Dmyterko; his siblings, Rickey Lee Neal, Bobby Joe Neal, Peggy Wilson Brown (Richard), Shelia Conner (Bryan) and Crystal Hensley (Leland); and his pet Misty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
