He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Turner and Betty Turner; and his nephews, Scott Turner and Ryan Turner. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Turner; his daughter Wendy Caudel (Jeff); his grandchildren, Zackary Caudel (Lyndsey) and Shelby Caudel (Cory Graves); and his brothers, Tom Turner (Carol), Bill Turner (Mercedes) and Steve Turner (Trina).
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Judes Hospital or the Horse Cave Baptist Church.
