It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mike Lile of Horse Cave, Kentucky, who passed away on January 8, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Gayle Lile. He is survived by: his siblings, Bill, Steve Lile and Pamela Lile; his son Dewayne Lile (Amanda); his grandson Oliver Lile; and his siblings, Chester Lile (Judy), Roger Lile (Ruby), Butch Lile, Kevin Lile (Sandy), Sheryl Latham, Debbie Dalrymple (Lou), Beck Bush (Sam), Robin Adwell (Doug) and Kim Bishop.
