She is survived by: her children, Betty Jo Walker (Ernie Walker), Gary Puckett (Carolyn) of Munfordville, Jimmy Puckett "Crow" (Etta) of Horse Cave, Jennifer Garrison (Greg Garrison), Amanda Meredith of Kessinger and William Meredith (Nicholas Meredith).
