She is survived by: her sons, Travonte Jenkins of Horse Cave, KY and Kendrick Barlow of Horse Cave, KY; and her siblings, Monica Dice of Louisville, KY, Dawn Dice of Horse Cave, KY, James Dice of Horse Cave, KY and John D. Dice of Horse Cave, KY. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
