He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Enoch Carter and Catherine Eaton Carter. He is survived by: his close friend Karon Reynolds of Horse Cave, KY; and his sisters-in-law, Jennifer Hatcher (Mark) of Munfordville, KY and Sharon Booth (Ronnie) of Campbellsville, KY. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
