It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Grant Neal of Horse Cave, Kentucky, born in Paintsville, Kentucky, who passed away on June 25, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Theresa Doris Godby Neal; his parents, Ernest Neal and Frances Lee Welch Neal; and his sister Sara Elizabeth Neal Hettinger. He is survived by: his pet Cave; his wife Alletta Neal; his children, Theresa Lynn Neal Ward (Matt) of Overland Park, KS and Steven Grant Neal (Tracy) of Lawrenceville, GA; his grandchildren, Thomas Ward (Courtney), Joseph Ward of Carlsbad, NM, Carmella Neal of Gainesville, GA and Jeremy Neal of Lakewood, CO; and his sister Mary Alice Neal. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and other extended family.
