With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmie L. Sturgeon of Horse Cave, Kentucky, who passed away on August 29, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Sturgeon; his daughter Linda Sturgeon; his parents, Roy Sturgeon and Lucy Sturgeon; and his grandson James Cecil "J. C." Frazier.

He is survived by: his grandson Steven Lee Frazier; and his great grandchildren, River Lee Frazier and Jimmy "Jim Jim" Frazier. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Winn Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
