He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Lowe and Suzy Matthews Lowe. He is survived by: his children, Gary Lowe, Jason Lowe and Stephanie Lowe; his sister LeKecia McDowell (Tony Walters); his stepfathers, Junior Mabe and Buddy Milby (Geneva); his aunt Goldie Hester (Gary Hudson); his nephews, Lucas McDowell (Kristen) and Dustin McDowell; and his great-nephews, Liam McDowell and Greyson McDowell.
