We bid farewell to Euell Dee Gammons (Horse Cave, Kentucky), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 19, 2025 at the age of 88. Euell Dee touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Flora Mae Cothron and Herman Etheridge Gammons; and his siblings, Carlis Gammons, Mazell Jones of Hilos Gammons, I. L, Omie London, Bobby Gammons and Pearl Moody.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Ross Gammons; his children, Michael Dee Gammons (Zelda) and Wanda Quiggins (Tim); his grandchildren, Bridget Polka (John), Ross Gammons (Maja), Ashley Thomas (Adam) and Blake Quiggins; his great grandchildren, Fisher Polka, Meadow Polka, Sebastiyan Eubiel, Tatum Thomas, Remington Gammons and Landree Thomas; and his sister-in-law Ruth Ann Gammons. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 8:00 AM and from 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Winn Funeral Home (210 Maple Ave, Horse Cave, KY 42749). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
