He was predeceased by: his father Charles "Teddy" Locke; and his niece Haley Rutledge. He is survived by: his daughters, Marcy Michael (Ryan) and Annie Clark (Mike); his mother Judy Nall; his grandchildren, Kenneth Ray, Bradley Mattice, Sophia Michael, Phillip Michael and Dennis Clark; his siblings, Cindy Rutledge and Adam Locke (Nathena); his stepmother Markita Locke; and his close friend Marshall Forbis.
