She was predeceased by: her half-sister Kori Skaggs. She is survived by: her son Samuel Phelps of Horse Cave; her parents, Carolyn Reynolds Neal of Hardyville and Larry Skaggs of Elizabethtown One; her siblings, Joe Conley, Angela Minton of Bonnieville and Georgia Thompson of Hardyville One; and her half-sister Jacklyn Skaggs. She is also survived by Several nieces & nephews.
The family request that memorial contributions be given to Sego Funeral Home for funeral expenses or to the Mt. Pisgah Cemetery Fund.
