He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Parker of Louisville, KY, Otis Perry (Barbara) of Columbus, OH, Cecil Perry (Lisa) of Horse Cave, KY and E. Clay Perry (Beverly) of Munfordville, KY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
