She is survived by: her husband Dewey Crenshaw; her children, Shirley Maxey of Munfordville, KY, Jo Ann Maxey of Munfordville, KY and Ronald Maxey of Lexington, KY; her stepdaughters, Amy William (Tywuan) of Indianapolis, IN and Adrian Dowdle (Jimmy) of Cookeville, TN; her grandchildren, Denise Bradley (Paul) of Munfordville, KY, Shannon Maxey of Louisville, KY, Charity Ford of Glasgow, KY, Tyler Maxey (Kyla) of Glasgow, KY and Corey Ford of Glasgow, KY; her great grandchildren, Shanda, Jordan, Dea, Elijah (Osei), Jaidyn, Jaithan, Ayvah and Devin; and her half-sister Alice Shirley (Ricky) of Munfordville, KY. She is also survived by three sisters-in-law and 4 brothers-in-law; 2 nieces and 4 nephews; and a host of friends and other family members.
