He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elizabeth Way and Rev. Shields Way; his wife Kathy Way (Logemann); his daughters, Jennifer-Ann Chaplin (Mark) of Madison and Amy Marie Ross (Johnny) of Kansas City, Missouri.; his granddaughters, Chelsey Balch (Drew) of Helena Alabama, Hannah Chaplin of Madison and Rilee Ross of Kansas City, Missouri.; and his great grandchild Jackson Graham Balch.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
