He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Ralph Deckard and Wilma Jenkins Deckard; his stepmother Ruth Allen Deckard; his siblings, Betty June Wooster Crawsley, Kenneth Ray Deckard, Henry "Cochise" Deckard, Cast Frank Deckard and Calvin Billy Deckard; and his brothers-in-law, Harold Smith and Donald Smith.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Eva Matthews; his siblings, Deloris Jean Miller (Prentice), Roger Deckard (Maureen), Patty Smith and Pam Smith; and his sister-in-law Nelda Deckard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
