She was predeceased by: her husband Caly Simpson; her son Michael Simpson; her parents, Miguel Martinez and Sara Gonzales Martinez; and her siblings, Francisca Garcia, Jose Pedro Martinez, Tomasa Olivares, Guadalupe Contreras, Miguel Martinez, Angela Martinez and Consuelo Zapata.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Milby of Horse Cave and Diana Simpson of Horse Cave; and her grandchildren, Jon Michael Milby and Jessica Mayville (Jeremiah). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a many friends.
