Perry, Edward Woodard, Nathaniel Woodard, Ricky Woodard, Ditanius Woodard, Darlene Jordan, Michelle L. Ardis (Fred) and Doris Woodard; his grandchildren, Shakari Choates, DevIn Alvis Jr. and Caleb Choates; and his uncles, Otis O. Perry (Barbara), Cecil L. Perry (Lisa) and E. Clay Perry (Beverly). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
