With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Zachary Stephen Mattingly of Horse Branch, Kentucky, born in Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on September 15, 2022 at the age of 35. He was predeceased by: his significant other Kim Bates Mattingly; and his grandparents, Grace, Robert Wedding and Keith Finch. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Mattingly of Leitchfield and Starr Hafford Mattingly; his grandparents, Mary and Joe Hafford of Leitchfield; his siblings, Austin Mattingly of Owensboro, Caleb Mattingly of Leitchfield, Chase Mattingly of Leitchfield, Tyler Mattingly of Leitchfield, MaryBeth Mattingly of Leitchfield and Lydia Duncan (Travis) of Leitchfield; his nephew Jackson Smith; his nieces, Riley Mattingly and Alice Willow Duncan; and his pet Rimby. He is also survived by several great aunts, uncles and cousins.
