With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Lee Embry (Horse Branch, Kentucky), who passed away on December 12, 2018 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, William LeAnder and Dona Evone Embry (Smith); his sister Jeanetta Lynn; his grandparents, John William, Myrtle Embry and Jeanetta Smith; his child Melissa (Chris); and his grandchildren, Nolan Anthony and Maggie Grace.

The family asks in lieu of flowers that donations be made the Jerry Embry Memorial Fund at Caneyville Memorial Chapel.
