He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Stewart and Christeen Hayse Stewart; his wife Mary Lou Stewart; his daughter Henryetta Stewart; and his siblings, Betty Sue Stewart, Jo Nell Stewart and William Stewart.
He is survived by: his sons, Eddie Stewart of Horse Branch and Donald Stewart of Dundee; his stepdaughter Sharon Stewart of Dundee; his grandchildren, Sevelle Stewart, Donald Stewart and Charles Stewart; and his siblings, Gene Stewart of Rosine, Jessie Stewart of Mt. Pleasant, Terry Stewart Johnson of Hartford, Phyllis Stewart Ashford of Louisville, Jewel Stewart Simpson of Louisville, David Stewart of Rosine, Rossie Stewart of Horse Branch, Michael Stewart (Patty) of Horse Branch and Judele Stewart Stone of Beaver Dam. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
