It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory Dale Allen (Horse Branch, Kentucky), who passed away on February 9, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Rondall Lee Allen; and his brother Terry Allen. He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou Kuykendall (Sonny); his wife Sherry Allen; his children, Jarod Dale (Tara) and Joshua Gregory (Sarah); his grandchildren, Jacob, Taylor, Aaron, Brayden and Lily; his siblings, Mark (Freda), Vickie Miller and Wilma Lindsey Martin; and his cousin Phillip Morris (Edith). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
