He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Kelley and Lorene Hayse Kelley; and his siblings, Mildred Kelley, Donnie Wallace, Martine Frame, Delmer Kelley and Wilmer "Otto" Kelley.

He is survived by: his sisters, Wanda Arnold of Louisville and Pamela Sue Daugherty of Beaver Dam. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
