He was predeceased by: his parents, James K. Leach and Louise Leach; his brother Freddie Leach; and his nephew Jarrod L. Beasley. He is survived by: his daughters, Karey Leach of Rosine and Kasey Roth (Jason) of Nashville, Tennessee; his grandsons, Jack and Seth Roth; his sisters, Patricia LaPaille (Tommy) of Louisville and Pam Wilson of Horse Branch; and his nieces and nephews, Jeremy D. Beasley of Hartford, Adam Barrow of Owensboro, Brian Barrow of Owensboro, Gavin LaPaille of Louisville and Alayna LaPaille of Louisville.
