She was predeceased by: her parents, William David Simpson and Lucille Young Simpson; her son Michael Ray Renfrow; her son-in-law Freddie Hicks; and her grandsons, Timmy Wayne Hicks and John Boy Michael Renfrow.
She is survived by: her son David Renfrow (Misty Embry); her grandchildren, Christopher Hicks, Jennifer Hicks, Ethan Renfrow, Anna Marie Watson (Josh), Tara Beth Embry, Mark Black (Tabitha) and Jeremiah Renfrow (Felicia); and her siblings, Kenny Simpson (Martha), Phyllis Mudd of Beaver Dam and Linda Ford of Leitchfield. She is also survived by twenty-two great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
