He is survived by: his son Kacey Brent Castile of Hopkinsville; his siblings, Clarence Castile (Amy) of Central City, Jerry Castile (Sherry) of Hopkinsville and Carolyn Bozell of Hopkinsville; his grandchildren, Dalton Castile (Kayce) and Casey Ross (B. T.); and his great grandchildren, Harper Kirkendall, Piper Castile, Brinley Kirkendall, Isabella Castile and Grayson Kirkendall.
