Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home (2504 S Virginia St, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hopkinsville Dog Park or the Christian County Humane Society, reflecting Dax's lifelong love for animals.
