He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Spain and Rowenia Wells (Wagner); and his siblings, Mike Hill and Diane Murphy (Mary Nokes). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Spain (Bomar) of Hopkinsville, KY; his daughters, Angelia McGillivray (James) of Clarksville, TN and Elisa Dossett (Mark) of Monroe, GA; and his grandchildren, Emily Stokes, Robert McGillivray, Britney Dossett and Seth Dossett.
